- Description: Provides an integrated network of homecare, hospice, ostomy, wound care and home medical equipment. This program is designed to meet the needs of individuals and families based on the physician's plan of care. A clinical homecare team is brought together to assist patients and families in their homes. Specialty teams care for patients with general and specific diagnosis. Specialty teams include; Cardio-Pulmonary, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology and Psychiatric Nursing teams. Enloe Hospice is a program that focuses directly on the needs and priorities of the patient and their loved ones as they reach the end of life. It is a multidisciplinary process in which physical, emotional and spiritual needs are addressed. A Hospice Volunteer training program is also offered.
